Hygienic Ventilation System

Arteng Yapı & Healthcare hygienic ventilation systems are project-based solutions designed for operating rooms, intensive care units, isolation rooms, and cleanroom environments to reduce microbial load, control particles, and maintain stable comfort conditions. Fresh air supply, multi-stage filtration, proper pressure cascade (positive/negative), air change rates, and temperature–humidity control are all integrated into the system.

Laminar flow units provide unidirectional airflow above the surgical area at target speeds of 0.25–0.35 m/s with HEPA H14 filtration, minimizing turbulence and helping to maintain the sterile environment. Systems are designed for integration with lighting, pendants, and ceiling equipment, and are validated with differential pressure, temperature, and particle monitoring.

Systems comply with international standards such as DIN 1946-4 (Hospital Ventilation), ISO 14644 (Cleanroom), ISO 16890 / EN 1822 (filter classes), EN 1886 / EN 13053 (air handling unit performance), and ASHRAE 170. Commissioning (TAB), validation, and documentation are provided under Arteng’s assurance.
